As a Client Experience Associate at Cuba Financial Group, Erin serves as a key point of contact for clients - assisting with onboarding, scheduling, account updates, and day-to-day coordination between clients and advisors. She is passionate about creating a seamless and thoughtful client journey, with every interaction reflecting the firm’s commitment to personalized service and financial clarity.
Prior to joining CFG, Erin served for 19 years as Director of Finance at Marrs Investments, where she managed multiple business entities from inception. Her responsibilities spanned every aspect of financial operations - including budgeting, payroll, tax compliance, financial reporting, audits, and vendor and client relations. In addition to her technical expertise, Erin played a key leadership role in shaping internal processes, managing insurance and HR functions. Erin’s comprehensive background gives her a distinct ability to anticipate client needs and support the operational excellence that drives CFG’s service model.
Erin earned her Bachelor’s degree from Southeast Missouri State University, after beginning her studies at the University of Hawaii at Manoa while her husband served in the U.S. Navy. Her passion for giving back to the community has led to leadership roles with Jackson Wrestling, South Elementary PTO, and Crossroads Fellowship Church. Erin is married to her high school sweetheart, Justin, and they live in Jackson, Missouri with their three sons — Graidy, Gannon, and Gage.
